MUCUGE GROUP – WHO WE ARE

In 1973, MUCUGÊ REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENTS started its activities in the so called Arraial d’Ajuda Village, in Porto Seguro City, Bahia, buying an area of 20 hectares with 48 thousand sq meters located with 170 seafront.

At that time, away from the urban area, we built only 20 apartments and cottages in the middle of coconut trees and preserved woods, which, these days, we still operate customized: the very first beach inn of Arraial on the Mucugê Beach – MUCUGÊ VILLAGE – BEACH HOTEL INN.

After 1980, the Group started other investments buying some farms around Arraial, in such a way that we can say that Arraial was re-discovered benefiting from our activities in the region, as we built nearly 90% of all streets of the city, including the access to the beaches and the first and only planned urban expansion area of Arraial – The VILLAS DO ARRAIAL RESIDENTIAL PARK.

The exuberance of the forest reserves, which today surround the city of Arraial d’Ajuda, belongs, almost in its entirety, to GRUPO MUCUGÊ, which has preserved them for thirty years in its farms around it.

And since the year 2000, we are in all over of South Bahia developing the most beautiful beaches and Islands at Marau and the Camamu Bay.
