• Selected and assessed local and overseas suppliers while taking into consideration Brazilian and Chinese suppliers – aimed at aligning quality versus production.
• Responsible for maintaining quality levels of product components purchased from Brazilian and overseas suppliers, parts internally produced and parts for final assembly.
• Responsible for preparing the company for ISO 9000 semiannual audits, as well as for audits from various clients.
• Monitored and managed tests carried out internally at the laboratory of electromechanical tests and externally at laboratories suggested by clients in Brazil and overseas.
• Member of the Group International Quality Committee, taking responsibility for setting quality levels of products and assembly accessories.
